- Excellent sleuthing! Ironically, Hemilutjanus, which seems to include only the grape-eye seabass H. macrophthalmos, is itself of uncertain position, apparently considered by some to be in the Serranidae not the Lutjanidae. Stan 18:25, 7 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Pomondon was one of the two original GUPPY conversions. The other was USS Odax (SS-484). These conversions were called "GUPPY I", and both boats were later upgraded to "GUPPY II" spec. Unfortunately I don't have much info on the GUPPY I conversion, so I just put the GUPPY II stats in the infobox. If I get more information later I'll try to create a GUPPY I section of the box.
